Estrategias para la gestión del estrés y ansiedad en contextos educativos

Resumen

El estrés y la ansiedad son problemas cada vez más comunes en los entornos educativos, afectando negativamente el bienestar y rendimiento académico de los estudiantes. La pandemia de COVID-19 ha exacerbado estos trastornos, lo que subraya la necesidad urgente de desarrollar estrategias de gestión efectivas en las instituciones educativas. Este artículo propone un enfoque integrado que combina intervenciones psicológicas, tecnológicas y pedagógicas para abordar estos desafíos. Entre las estrategias propuestas se incluyen la implementación de programas de educación emocional, el fortalecimiento de los servicios de apoyo psicológico, la detección temprana mediante tecnologías avanzadas y la capacitación del personal educativo. Además, se enfatiza la importancia de promover un ambiente escolar saludable y utilizar recursos digitales para el manejo del estrés y la ansiedad. Estas medidas buscan no solo mejorar el rendimiento académico, sino también el bienestar general de los estudiantes, preparándolos mejor para enfrentar los desafíos futuros en un contexto post-pandemia.
