Políticas de innovación social aplicadas a las PYMEs de la República Dominicana:

Análisis de su impacto en las condiciones laborales y su influencia en la satisfacción del empleado

Resumen

Esta investigación tiene como objetivo evaluar el impacto de dichas políticas en el bienestar de los empleados. Para esto, este estudio busca analizar las mejoras en las condiciones laborales y su impacto en la satisfacción de los empleados de la región noroeste de la República Dominicana. Se utilizó un enfoque cuantitativo basado en un cuestionario estructurado con escala Likert, validado mediante el método Delphi y prueba piloto. La muestra incluyó 391 empleados de PYMEs. Los datos se analizaron mediante PLS-SEM, evaluando la validez y confiabilidad de los constructos y probando hipótesis sobre la relación entre condiciones laborales y satisfacción laboral. Las condiciones laborales explican el 74,6% de la varianza en la satisfacción laboral, destacándose factores como la estabilidad, equidad, diálogo abierto y apoyo organizacional. El modelo mostró un alto poder explicativo (R²=0,746) y relevancia predictiva (Q²=0,743). Esto destaca la importancia de las condiciones laborales como determinantes críticos del bienestar y compromiso de los empleados. Los hallazgos resaltan la necesidad de mejorar las condiciones laborales en las PYMEs rurales, promoviendo políticas que garanticen equidad, seguridad y equilibrio laboral-personal. La implementación de estrategias de transformación digital y programas de desarrollo profesional puede potenciar el bienestar y la productividad. El estudio aporta evidencia empírica sobre la relación entre condiciones laborales y satisfacción en entornos rurales, un área poco explorada. Los hallazgos pueden guiar la formulación de políticas específicas para fortalecer la competitividad y sostenibilidad de las PYMEs, promoviendo el bienestar integral de sus empleados.
