Políticas de inovação social aplicadas às PME na República Dominicana:: análise do seu impacto nas condições de trabalho e sua influência na satisfação dos empregados

Resumo
Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo avaliar o impacto dessas políticas no bem-estar dos funcionários. Para tanto, este estudo busca analisar as melhorias nas condições de trabalho e seu impacto na satisfação dos funcionários na região noroeste da República Dominicana. Foi utilizada uma abordagem quantitativa baseada em questionário estruturado com escala Likert, validado pelo método Delphi e teste piloto. A amostra incluiu 391 funcionários de PMEs. Os dados foram analisados usando PLS-SEM, avaliando a validade e confiabilidade dos construtos e testando hipóteses sobre a relação entre condições de trabalho e satisfação no trabalho. As condições de trabalho explicam 74,6% da variação na satisfação no trabalho, sendo fatores como estabilidade, equidade, diálogo aberto e apoio organizacional particularmente importantes. O modelo apresentou alto poder explicativo (R²=0,746) e relevância preditiva (Q²=0,743). Isso destaca a importância das condições de trabalho como determinantes essenciais do bem-estar e do engajamento dos funcionários. As descobertas destacam a necessidade de melhorar as condições de trabalho nas PMEs rurais, promovendo políticas que garantam equidade, segurança e equilíbrio entre vida pessoal e profissional. Implementar estratégias de transformação digital e programas de desenvolvimento profissional pode aumentar o bem-estar e a produtividade. O estudo fornece evidências empíricas sobre a relação entre condições de trabalho e satisfação em ambientes rurais, uma área pouco explorada. As descobertas podem orientar o desenvolvimento de políticas específicas para fortalecer a competitividade e a sustentabilidade das PMEs, promovendo o bem-estar geral de seus funcionários.
