Abstract

In the analysis presented part of the experiences of the authors as professors of Research Methodology, tutors of scientific works, researchers and also as a tribunal from the University Center of Baracoa. The objective is to recognize habits that are produced and reproduced, without being questioned, that are sometimes positioned, to the detriment of the spirit of research and science. The difference between report and investigation, the relationship between empyrean theory and the investigative process, the number of slides used in the presentation, the methods and their use, as well as the role of the court are part of the dimensions addressed.
