Abstract

The Health Diagnosis is an instrument that contains great value for the planning of Health Services, its main purpose is to identify the health problems that afflict a geographically delimited population. The health diagnosis is traditionally made up of three substantial elements, which are considered key to understanding the health status of the population, which are: the damage to health, the determining factors, and the organized social response that is available. to address these health problems. Health problems do not occur in isolation, but are presented in close relationship with their context, which is why it is extremely important that the risk factors and etiological components of our population in which we develop are adequately known in order to be able to way to give a timely and adequate solution. The Comprehensive Diagnosis in Health is an intentional and organized process to identify, describe, analyze and evaluate a set of indicators that make it possible to ponder and determine the characteristics of a community and of the components of the health system, in order to propose pertinent actions to solving health problems. The information presented is an exposition of the reality of this community and the numerical data obtained in the analysis of the reports of the San Lucas Tepemajalco Health Establishment, directed to the General Directorate of Health Information.
