Abstract

This research explores how business management, when effectively integrated with the administrative process, becomes a fundamental engine for achieving organizational goals. The approach is based on the review and analysis of real cases in small and medium-sized enterprises, highlighting how planning, organization, direction, and control allow for more efficient and strategic decision-making. Business management involves coordinating human, financial, and technological resources to generate value, and its correct application requires a well-structured administrative process. In the planning phase, clear goals aligned with the organizational mission were defined; in the organization, flexible structures were designed to promote teamwork and operational decentralization. The direction stage revealed the importance of participative leadership as a key factor in staff motivation and in the implementation of continuous improvement processes.
