Abstract

In the changing Latin American business landscape, innovation management is essential for success and competitiveness, encompassing everything from trend monitoring to the creation of collaborative ecosystems. Key elements include an innovative culture, skilled talent, agile processes, technology, and collaboration. To strengthen innovation, it is crucial to invest in R&D, protect intellectual property, participate in support programs, and conduct benchmarking. Innovation enables the offering of differentiated products, increases productivity, and strengthens market position, making it vital to compete globally and build a prosperous future.
