Abstract

Countries in their classification and behavior regarding their levels of development have an impact on the entrepreneur, as economic conditions may be similar due to culture, the behavior of governmental institutions, or business origin situations. Conversely, if in that classification the support conditions for starting businesses, training, financing, credits, and protection programs for beginners or those already on a path are favorable, the entrepreneur can benefit. There are many impact variables such as inflation, interest, and poverty, considered global variables, which also affect the sustainability of a newly established organization but can be mitigated by public policies of the relevant governments. Therefore, the reasons for being an entrepreneur may be similar in emerging or underdeveloped countries and different in developed countries, whether due to financial availability, physical market, macroeconomic variables of each country, business culture, permanent government support for this sector, or others that ultimately tend to limit or enhance the permanence, growth, and competitiveness of entrepreneurs. Therefore, this paper aims to consider that for an entrepreneur to remain, it is essential to have a business culture of formality, whether by their own accord or by allowing themselves to be accompanied by third parties, in which they are instructed to use basic tools, such as financial planning and tax planning, not only to grow but also to strengthen their competitive and successful strategies, in addition to being able to enter the world of sustainability.
