About the Journal
This journal is a knowledge dissemination project supported by the Latin American Research Network on Organizational Competitiveness (RILCO), which has been working since November 2019 to address the pressing need to disseminate research conducted by various professionals, academics, and researchers from Latin America and other parts of the world interested in the Latin American reality.
The journal's objective is to disseminate research aimed at improving the economic, social, cultural, legal, and health competitiveness of the Latin American region, as well as to create a space for a variety of approaches to common problems that allow for scientific discussion, always from the perspective of our region's competitiveness.
The sustained development and growth of the RILCO network in the different Latin American countries and regions enables dissemination projects such as this journal to have a broad forum of readers and writers to participate in.
The journal has a large number of members within its scientific committee who ensure the quality of the articles and their scientific rigor, as well as an agile process that ensures evaluation within a period of four weeks after the request for evaluation.
We hope to be a means of effective dissemination of knowledge and scientific quality in this space created for the dissemination, analysis, and critical development of authors and readers.

ETHICAL COMMITMENT
The Journal of Sustainable Development, Business, Entrepreneurship, and Education adheres to the code of conduct and good practices that the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) defines for editors of scientific journals.
Author Commitments:
Originality and Plagiarism: The authors guarantee that the work is original and does not contain uncited portions of other published works. In addition, they confirm that the data and analyses have not been altered to favor the findings.
Multiple Publications: The author should not publish articles repeating the same findings and/or analyses in more than one scientific journal.
List of Sources: The author should always provide proper acknowledgment of the sources and contributions mentioned in the article.
Authorship: Regarding authorship of the manuscript, the authors guarantee the inclusion of those who have made a significant scientific and intellectual contribution in the conceptualization and planning of the work, in the interpretation of the findings, and in the writing of the work.
Access and Retention: If deemed appropriate by a member of the journal, the author of the articles should also make available the sources or data on which the research is based, which may be retained for a reasonable period of time after publication and possibly made accessible.
Conflict of Interest and Disclosure: All authors are required to explicitly declare that there are no conflicts of interest that may have influenced the proposed findings or interpretations. Authors must also disclose any funding from agencies and/or projects from which the research article is derived.
Errors in Published Articles: When an author identifies a major error or inaccuracy in their article, they must immediately inform the journal and provide all necessary information to indicate the relevant corrections at the bottom of the article.
Responsibility: All authors accept responsibility for what has been written and also undertake that a review of the most relevant scientific literature on the topic analyzed has been conducted, taking into account the different currents of knowledge.
Reviewer Commitments:
Contribution to Editorial Decisions: Peer review is a fundamental procedure for making decisions on proposed articles and also allows the author to improve the contribution submitted for publication.
Reviewers undertake to conduct a critical, honest, constructive, and unbiased review of both the scientific and literary quality of the manuscript within their field of knowledge and skills.
Respect for timeliness: Reviewers who do not feel competent in the subject matter to be reviewed or who cannot complete the evaluation within the scheduled timeframe will immediately notify the Editor-in-Chief. They undertake to evaluate the papers as quickly as possible to meet deadlines.
Professionalism: Peer review will be conducted in a professional manner. No personal judgment of the authors of contributions is considered appropriate. Reviewers are required to provide sufficient reasons for their assessments. They must also submit a complete critical report according to the review protocol, especially if the paper is proposed for rejection. They are required to inform the editors if substantial parts of the work have already been published or are under review for another publication.
Conflict of Interest: Reviewers only review a manuscript if there are no conflicts of interest.
Editors' Commitments:
Publication Decision: The editors will ensure the selection of the most qualified reviewers to provide a critical assessment of the work, with the minimum possible bias.
Honesty: The editors evaluate articles submitted for publication solely on the basis of content quality, without discrimination based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnic origin, nationality, or political opinion of the authors.
Confidentiality: The editors undertake not to disclose information related to articles submitted for publication to anyone other than the authors, reviewers, and editors. The editors and the Editorial Board are committed to the confidentiality of the texts, their authors, and reviewers, so that anonymity preserves the intellectual integrity of the entire process.
Respect for timeliness: Editors are ultimately responsible for adhering to the time limits for review and publication of accepted papers.
