The present investigation seeks to expose that the improper use of new technologies, enable the rationalization, speed and security of various skills and abilities, however its use can establish contradictory results to human rights, externalizing itself as a threat to the detriment of human beings, One can even incur the risk of impertinence in the individual's private life, since there is the possibility of injuring personality rights, both nationally and internationally. The evolution of technology has allowed that the fact of having an intelligent device generates a series of unexplored consequences since they not only provoke rights as established by the third generation of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, but also symbolize and incorporate great challenges , such as poverty, international inequalities, discrimination, armed conflicts, violence, impunity, lack of democracy, as well as weak institutions. There is no doubt that new technologies offer benefits to human beings, instituting, regulating and dispensing with barriers, however, they must be handled as learning or work tools, responsibly in order to prevent human rights from being lacerated. and personality rights of third parties through the use of social networks, so the learning, capacity, responsibility, commitment and security gap must be implemented when using social networks. The intemperate, undisciplined, independent and free use of communication and information technologies manage to undermine their operation, managing to place the rights of third parties at risk, since personal data can be manipulated without the consent of the individual, putting at risk the rights of the personality, the intellect and even the heritage, freedom, security and even the life of human beings, since various social networks have an implicit risk of being violated.
