In an environment of global competition, companies face increasingly intense pressures to continue in the market, for which they must face organizational change, derived from both external and internal factors. The organization will prevail to the extent that it is adjusted, on the one hand, to the demands of the increasingly complex and changing environment and, on the other, internally, that is, that its structure is adequate to facilitate the achievement of the goals. objectives of the organization through the development of strategies. This paper presents a proposal with the design of a new organizational structure for a Yucatecan company, which, although it is well positioned in the market, has many flaws in its internal functioning, since it does not have the organizational structure nor the adequate guidelines for develop their economic activity efficiently. The study that was carried out was under the qualitative method, working on the aspects of the problem detected (design of the structure). The information gathering techniques used were direct observation and the semi-structured interview, which was carried out both with the managers of the organization and with some of its collaborators. An evaluation of the contextual and structural factors of the organization was carried out, based on which the proposal for change in the structure was made.
