Abstract
Currently in a globalized world it is of great importance to have the ability to adapt to different cultures, this will provide you with better work practices and you will learn new methods, especially if you want to work for an international company. The corporate culture has been strengthened with better performance at work and especially with decision-making and negotiation, through Cultural Intelligence (CQ), this is a soft skill that employers look for in their employees and it is a competitive advantage, which is why it is incorporated into marketing strategies, human capital programs. Working with multicultural groups is increasingly present in the business scenario, we are not just talking about different nationalities, but understanding the cultural impact on each member of the team, this gives us advantages in communication between members of the organization, work as a team, cooperation and performance, we become more empathetic, we guarantee the resolution of problems that may arise and we acquire correct business management. Preparing leaders, managers of organizations to face cultural challenges is of great importance, having a global vision of business requires knowledge and understanding of how other cultures handle it, identifying the elements that make a difference and adapting, but without losing identity.
