Abstract
Education is the fundamental pillar for a country, it is a human right and a great collective responsibility where society, governments, students and teachers actively participate for the public good. However, it is not only a good academic training, but the acquisition of knowledge and skills that allow the development of various skills in the participants that help in the training of entrepreneurs. This research seeks to identify the characteristics of the entrepreneurial program that allows the teacher to strengthen the necessary skills to train future entrepreneurial professionals, as well as to identify the capacities currently available to the teachers of the Cuautitlán Izcalli Professional Academic Unit (UAPCI). The methodology used is descriptive, non-experimental and cross-sectional, instruments such as interviews and Likert-type questionnaires will be applied to a sample of 46 teachers who have a minimum of one year of experience in teaching classes in the Professional Academic Unit of Cuautitlán Izcalli. With the results obtained, it is intended to strengthen the recently opened entrepreneurship program at UAPCI in order to reinforce teaching skills to encourage students to generate viable and innovative projects.
