Abstract

The purpose of this investigation is to carry out an analysis in the supply department of abrasive materials to satisfy the demand of the warehouse and production areas, with the intention of minimizing delays in manufacturing due to lack of material, as well as reducing production. of weekly purchase orders, generating one per month, to optimize processes and increase the days of credit granted by suppliers, it is worth mentioning that the company works according to the needs of each client and by project, causing a variability of materials, so you have to have constant interaction with suppliers.
