Abstract

The research addresses the issue of social security in the agricultural company of the municipality of Sinaloa, focusing on Rancho Fresco S.A. de C.V. The main objective is to measure the impact of social security on employee productivity. The benefits of social security and its influence on labor productivity were evaluated using a mixed and descriptive methodology. Data were collected through structured interviews, as well as questionnaires with closed and open questions, addressed to different groups within the company, including human resources, field workers and administrative staff. The main results indicate that improving social security benefits significantly increases worker productivity. Factors such as food supplies, breakfast vouchers and productivity bonuses increase employee motivation and commitment, resulting in higher job performance. The main conclusion is that social security has a positive impact on productivity, as workers feel more protected and motivated. Furthermore, by improving social security policies, not only does the company benefit in terms of productivity, but it also promotes the well-being and quality of life of workers, setting an example that other companies in the agricultural sector can follow.
