Addressing psychosocial risk factors is a way to eradicate the problem of health and well-being of people who work in organizations. The objective of this study is to propose improvement strategies that help toreduce the psychosocial risk factors identified in the administration and operation of a Residential Development in the Yucatan Peninsula. To do this, the methodology established in NOM 035 was applied to a sample of 186 workers, in addition to an analysis of the indices used by the company to measure the working conditions of its departments, these are, Personnel turnover index and the report. of organizational climate 2019-2021. The company's overall rating after the application of NOM-035 was 105 points, reflecting a high risk level. The urgency of implementing measures to reduce the levels of the activity's own factors is evident, particularly in workload and work hours, leadership and work relationships. The improvement strategies are divided into three horizons: 1. General awareness campaign for the entire company, 2. Specific and immediate actions to reduce psychosocial risk factors and improve the organizational environment, and 3. Long-term actions to the evolution of the organizational culture in the company; each with specific approaches aimed at strengthening organizational culture, improving the organizational environment and reducing psychosocial risk factors.
