Abstract

The purpose of this work is to develop a content marketing plan, as well as to increase the client portfolio, establish content marketing strategies and Instagram and WhatsApp business applications. It is important to note that the micro-enterprise specializes in the creation of unique pieces in clay, applying and combining traditional techniques with contemporary design, which allows the micro-enterprise to be competitive and, as producers of crafts, it is a pride for each of the members who work on the artisanal products. The Micro-enterprise is located in the Municipality of Metepec, State of Mexico, and within its activities as a business is to produce and market a wide variety of pottery items in general. The work follows a methodology, and points out aspects of a reference framework, methods, research methodology, problem statement, research question, objectives, variable hypothesis, analysis and interpretation of results and discussion.
