Rubus ulmifolius or blackberry is a food with a high antioxidant content, considered a medicinal plant with an analgesic, diuretic, etc. effect. It is proposed that Rubus ulmifolius be presented as a gum with the phytopharmaceutical niacin to reduce menstrual cramps. During this period, the biggest problem for women is constant contractions of the uterus accompanied by symptoms of inability to carry out daily activities. Through the research carried out here, it has been proven that these effects can be prevented with a product made from blackberry extract with an easy-to-consume presentation to replace pain relievers with one made from organic fruit with proven effectiveness. as part of food aid to encourage the consumption of nutraceutical foods, thus improving women's lifestyle and development.
