About the Journal
The OIDLES Magazine. Ibero-American Observatory of Local Development and Social Economy, is a multidisciplinary academic journal that has a semi-annual double-blind arbitration system (June and December), simultaneously offers authors and institutions both a space for publication and a vehicle for international dissemination of their studies and works. In this magazine the authors have unrestricted copyright. All published content is subject to Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0). Mission
Publish and disseminate research that contributes reflections that present original contributions, of a theoretical or empirical nature, disseminating knowledge in different areas. As a multidisciplinary journal, it is open to different theoretical and methodological approaches and receives contributions from authors of different academic levels.
For it:
It favors academic exchange through the opening of a critical, scientific, constructive, reflective and understanding space for Local Development and the Social Economy.
Stimulates the transfer of good practices in the areas of Local Development and the Social Economy.
It provides a specialized database for public policy makers linked to Local Development and the Social Economy.
It communicates to the private sector the technical-productive benefits generated from the Local Development strategies and the new alternatives offered by the Social Economy.
Goals
Promote the study and research of Local Development and the Social Economy in Ibero-America based on networking.
Create a discussion forum through which to encourage exchanges between researchers, analysts, specialists, teachers and students.
Being a multidisciplinary journal, open to different theoretical and methodological approaches and receiving contributions from authors of different academic levels.

ETHICAL COMMITMENT
The OIDLES Magazine. Local Development and Social Economy, adheres to the code of conduct and good practices that the Publication Ethics Committee (COPE) defines for editors of scientific journals.
Commitments of the authors:
Originality and plagiarism: The authors ensure that the work is original, that it does not contain parts of other published works without citing. In addition, they confirm that neither the data nor the analyzes have been altered to favor the findings.
Multiple publications: The author@ should not publish articles in which the same findings and/or analysis are repeated in more than one scientific journal.
List of sources: The author must always provide the correct indication of the sources and contributions mentioned in the article.
Authorship: Regarding the authorship of the manuscript, the authors guarantee the inclusion of those people who have made a significant scientific and intellectual contribution in the conceptualization and planning of the work as well as in the interpretation of the findings and in the writing of the same.
Access and retention: If any member of the journal considers it appropriate, the author of the articles must also make available the sources or data on which the research is based, which can be kept for a reasonable period of time after publication and possibly made accessible.
Conflict of interest and disclosure: All authors are required to explicitly declare that there are no conflicts of interest that may have influenced the findings or proposed interpretations. The authors must also indicate any funding from agencies and/or projects from which the research article arises.
Errors in published articles: When an @ author @ identifies an important error or inaccuracy in his article, he must immediately inform the journal and provide all necessary information to indicate the pertinent corrections at the bottom of the same article.
Responsibility: all the authors accept responsibility for what has been written and also undertake that a review of the most relevant scientific literature on the topic analyzed has been carried out, bearing in mind the different currents of knowledge in a plural way.
Commitments of the reviewers:
Contribution to the editorial decision: Peer review is a fundamental procedure for making decisions on proposed articles and also allows the author@ to improve the contribution submitted for publication. The reviewers assume the commitment to carry out a critical, honest, constructive and unbiased review, both of the scientific quality and of the literary quality of the writing in the field of their knowledge and skills.
Respect for time: The reviewer who does not feel competent in the topic to be reviewed or who cannot finish the evaluation in the scheduled time will immediately notify the editor-in-chief. They undertake to evaluate the work in the shortest possible time to respect the delivery deadlines.
Professionalism: Peer review will be conducted in a professional manner. No personal judgment about the authors of the contributions is considered appropriate. The reviewers are obliged to give sufficient reasons for their evaluations. Likewise, they will deliver a complete critical report according to the review protocol, especially if it is proposed that the work be rejected. They are obligated to notify the editors if substantial parts of the work have already been published or are under review for another publication.
Conflict of interest: The reviewers only review a manuscript if there are no conflicts of interest.
Commitments of the editors:
Publication decision: the editors will guarantee the selection of the most qualified reviewers to issue a critical appreciation of the work, with the least possible deviation.
Honesty: the editors evaluate the articles submitted for publication only on the basis of the quality of the content, without discrimination of race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnic origin, nationality, or political opinion of the authors.
Confidentiality: the editors undertake not to divulge the information related to the articles sent for publication to other people who are not the authors, reviewers and editors. The editors and the Editorial Committee are committed to the confidentiality of the texts, their authors and reviewers, so that anonymity preserves the intellectual integrity of the entire process.
Respect for time: the editors are ultimately responsible for compliance with the time limits for revisions and the publication of accepted papers.
DISSEMINATION OF WORKS
From OIDLES we encourage authors to disseminate their work through all the means at their disposal, as well as indexing in the databases of their interest.

HEAR THEM. Local Development and Social Economy, maintains an anti-plagiarism policy that ensures that all published works are unpublished, all received texts are submitted to Turnitin. We reserve the right to reject articles with a similarity percentage greater than 30%.
