Technology in educational management has revolutionized the administration and operation of educational institutions. Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) facilitate the efficient management of educational and administrative processes, improving communication between students, teachers and administrators. Learning management platforms (LMS) such as Moodle and Microsoft TEAMS enable effective course management and improved interaction between participants in the educational process. Additionally, the use of data analytics and big data allows for informed and efficient decision making. The data collected can be analyzed to improve educational quality, optimize resources and predict future trends. This includes personalizing learning, adapting study programs to the individual needs of each student, identifying their strengths and weaknesses through data analysis. ICT also supports the implementation of data-driven management models, allowing educational institutions to make precise adjustments to their strategies and operations. On the other hand, technology facilitates transformational educational leadership, which inspires and motivates staff to reach their full potential and promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
