Resumen

Este estudio propone el análisis de la relación entre tolerancia a la ambigüedad, la percepción del entorno, liderazgo auténtico y el desempeño en pymes. El aporte del estudio a la literatura es examinar, empíricamente, la naturaleza de las relaciones de las variables propias del emprendedor y su influencia en el resultado final de su empresa. Con el objetivo de probar lo antes expresado se aplica recopila información 285 emprendedores y a través de una combinación el análisis de mediación con la moderación del efecto directo de tolerancia a la ambigüedad sobre el desempeño a través de la percepción del entorno, así como un efecto directo que es función del liderazgo auténtico se determinan las relaciones entre las variables mencionadas.
