Abstract

Studies have pointed out the importance of implementing corporate social responsibility within the management of micro, small and medium-sized companies, in some sectors of the economy. The objective was to know the current state of scientific production on CSR, in the environment of tourism MSMEs. For this, the Dimensions and Science Direct databases were used, as well as tools such as Endnote X20, Microsoft Office Excel 2019, BibExcel and VOSViewer, for data processing and visualization. The results show that the scientific production on the subject is low, as well as the productivity per author. In addition, a co-occurrence analysis and a bibliographic review were carried out that allowed the identification of gaps for future research.
