The economic situation in the country and the world in general has led to new ways for entrepreneurs and investors to raise funds. In addition, Fintech technology has led to new models of technological finance. The objective of this study is to learn about the application of Structural Equation Modelling based on the theory for the construction of models focused on crowdfunding, for entrepreneurial and non-entrepreneurial financing. The methodology to be used will be a critical review of theory-driven structural models. The expected results will help to disseminate this methodology for fundraising for various business and non-business projects. In addition, to make use of Structural Equation Modelling as part of testing conceptual, theoretical models, as well as testing theory, postulating new theoretical perspectives or, where appropriate, extending existing theory.
