Abstract

Distance education derived from the COVID 19 pandemic brought with it important changes in pedagogical practices, changes that were announced by various authors as a necessary revolution in the educational field, but there was still resistance: the use of digital technologies. Even when the teachers did not have the formal preparation or experience in the use of technology for teaching remotely, they learned on the fly and it will be very important to preserve these learnings and continue to take advantage of them. As we face a new normality, the pedagogical and school management practices that are carried out in the school cannot be the same as those prior to the pandemic, it will be very important to optimize time and enhance teaching. The preservation of these new teaching and management practices can be achieved through an organizational learning strategy so that the school not only teaches, but also learns.
