Abstract

Addressing the diversity of students with low learning results constitutes a challenge for teachers and administrators, which can be assumed by knowing the elements that affect it for its treatment. From which, describing the factors of the low learning results of primary and lower secondary school students in the municipality of Calixto García, constitutes the objective of this article. The study is one of the results of the Project “Improvement of strategies for attention to the diversity of learners with low learning results at the basic Primary and Secondary educational levels”, managed by the General Directorate of the aforementioned municipality. The saturation of information and the instruments applied for data collection, in the study of four cases, allowed important conclusions to be reached with a view to designing actions to perfect this process and give continuity to other results of the project.
