This paper addresses the impact of implementing decent work policies on the organizational climate of the agricultural sector in Guasave, Sinaloa. It explores how the adoption of these policies, which include fair working conditions, job security, equal opportunities, and labor rights, influences the satisfaction and motivation of agricultural workers, as well as the productivity and cohesion of organizations. Using a qualitative and quantitative approach, data were collected through surveys and interviews with workers and employers in the sector. The findings highlight that decent work policies significantly improve the organizational climate. Workers report an increase in morale and commitment, which translates into greater efficiency and lower staff turnover. Additionally, companies that adopt these policies experience an improvement in their reputation and labor relations, facilitating a more collaborative and equitable work environment. Furthermore, challenges in the implementation of these policies are identified, such as resistance to change and the need for investment in training and resources. However, it is concluded that the benefits outweigh the costs, suggesting that a comprehensive and sustained focus on decent work policies can positively transform the agricultural sector in Guasave. This analysis offers valuable recommendations for agricultural companies and policymakers to maximize the positive impact on the organizational climate and, consequently, on the socio-economic development of the region.
