Abstract
Recently in our country, the regulation of the control of junk food in schools began, this motivated by nutritional deficiencies and the obesity epidemic, this factor increases the risk of developing chronic diseases, such as: diabetes and cardiovascular diseases, in addition to poor academic performance. The consumption of junk food in schools and universities generates a food dependence that displaces natural and healthy foods. The objective of this research is to know the eating habits of university students, risk factors and options for a better diet.
