Abstract
In small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), especially in contexts where they face structural and resource limitations. This study aims to describe the level of implementation of CSR practices in pharmacies located in Ciudad del Carmen, Campeche. Through a structured survey administered to 79 pharmacies, data were collected across the social, economic, and environmental dimensions using a Likert-type scale. The descriptive statistical analysis revealed moderately high levels of adoption of responsible practices, particularly in areas related to service quality, respect for labor rights, and environmental efficiency. The results offer a clear view of the current sustainability profile of these pharmacies, as well as areas with potential for improvement. It is concluded that, although there is a general tendency toward responsible practices, strengthening internal policies and providing staff training can significantly enhance the impact of CSR and promote innovative processes within the sector.
