Abstract

Innovation in educational management drives significant improvements in institutional quality, administrative efficiency, and teacher and student outcomes, transforming traditional school administration models toward more flexible, adaptive, and learning-centered approaches. Combined strategies such as the use of advanced educational technologies, the promotion of visionary leadership, ongoing teacher training focused on developing digital and pedagogical skills, and the active participation of the educational community are consolidated as decisive factors in improving educational management. Furthermore, the integration of data analytics and artificial intelligence systems allows for optimized decision-making and personalized teaching-learning processes. The qualitative analysis of 30 recent sources (2020-2025) reveals notable benefits such as strengthening the culture of institutional innovation, reducing access gaps, and increasing educational equity. However, it also identifies persistent challenges such as resistance to organizational change, limited financial resources, deficiencies in technological infrastructure, and training gaps among teaching staff. Based on these findings, concrete proposals are put forward that seek to consolidate sustainable innovation in educational management, thus ensuring an efficient response to the contemporary challenges of educational systems in globalized contexts.
