Abstract

Continuous improvement in educational management is a methodology that allows for improving the quality of education, providing a series of aspects that can achieve very positive results. To achieve this, it is necessary to understand the areas of opportunity that may arise in order to begin implementing the specifications and tools. Active participation is a tool that should be used in all areas; however, it is essential in the academic field, since students, teachers, and administrators depend on each other to achieve the objectives established for each party. In this case, it is essential to show full support for students, as they are our future leaders. Educators and families have the job of helping these minds. The PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) cycle, satisfaction surveys, evaluation rubrics, and digital platforms for academic monitoring help identify strengths and areas of opportunity, establish clear objectives, and design effective action plans. This is done with the goal of creating tools that allow for greater understanding and clarity, thereby ensuring compliance with the requirements and standards currently required. It requires committed and collaborative leadership capable of fostering an organizational culture focused on innovation, participation, and lifelong learning. It also promotes transparency, accountability, and evidence-based decision-making, which will be extracted from a comprehensive study conducted thanks to the implementation of the aforementioned strategies.
