Abstract
The management of MSMEs managed by women contributes to reducing negative externalities, which impact the environment and the economy. Currently, organizations orient their management based on the elements of intellectual capital (human, structural, technological, relational capital) where relational capital constitutes the study of strategies and practices with suppliers included in the value chain of companies, giving preference to companies led by women that carry out socially responsible practices and oriented to sustainability. based on the values of the organization, and an administrative strategy of shared value, innovation and differentiation, The objective of this research is to analyze the behavior of social responsibility, sustainability and inclusion practices in the value chain of companies led by women, as a relevant element of structural capital. The research is mixed where the object of research is relational capital in the value chain when the practices of social responsibility, sustainability and the administrative practices of the principles of shared value are present. Strategy, Differentiation, Optimization, Integration and Interdependence.
