Abstract

The present project focuses on a business unit that requires entering the internet, which will allow it to offer not only its products but also some additional services for children's parties and social gatherings. The developed digital marketing strategies are described, including the creation of social media, a virtual e-commerce store with the creation of a website on the platform called Tienda Nube, and the creation of digital advertising products. The design of the logo and the slogan is also detailed, which will allow some of its potential customers to find them on the Internet through their social networks. A final report includes the organizational structure with job descriptions for the team. An analysis and experiences regarding the development of the project and customer satisfaction are attached. Carrying out a project that can address a business model based on digital marketing allows this small company to reach a greater commercial success.
