Os benefícios da Indústria 4.0 na indústria automotiva da Baixa Califórnia:

O objetivo deste estudo é gerar informações sobre o contraste entre teoria e prática por meio da análise de um estudo de caso. Utilizando o método dedutivo-indutivo, é realizada uma entrevista com um especialista da indústria automotiva para conhecer os benefícios da Indústria 4.0 no setor. Os resultados mostram falta de informações sobre o conceito de Indústria 4.0, mas demonstram conhecimento de seus derivados, como a manufatura aditiva e o uso da nuvem. As limitações incluem que, como a entrevista é individual, o entrevistado pode sentir-se constrangido, o que pode afetar o fluxo da conversa. A originalidade reside no fato de que, embora o conceito de Indústria 4.0 seja amplamente utilizado em pesquisas, não existem muitos estudos baseados na teoria fundamentada.
