Abstract
November 21, 2008: the free newspaper adn publishes that a private confrontation between two people has been taken to the public sphere, first, and then to the judicial sphere, and again to the public sphere. Curiously, the winner in court has not been the same one who has won in the public ring, since the latter, accused and convicted, has privileged access to public opinion that allows him to go from aggressor to victim, whatever they say.
