Abstract

The present work focuses on the study of rural associative companies, which unite smallholder producers, dedicated to the production and commercialization of organic coffee, in the municipality of Ángel Albino Corzo, Chiapas, these organizations are created from the need of rural producers, to promote their organizational development, in commercial issues that at the same time affect the social and economic well-being of their community, joining efforts in productive and marketing activities, based on the empirical knowledge they traditionally have, for which an investigation is carried out of an exploratory type, with a qualitative design of action research that analyzes through interviews, surveys and direct observation in their daily environment, their activities, resources and processes, with the aim of identifying their business structure, in order to demonstrate the factors and elements with that counts, as well as those that need to be incorporated, to streamline their business development, finding relevant data on issues of strategic planning, organizational structure, communication, market operation, financing and technical assistance, for their development and that of the region.
