Abstract
Organizational transformation cannot be achieved solely through rational tools. In environments dominated by authoritarian leadership, employee demotivation, and low levels of innovation, it is essential to promote profound change that impacts beliefs, practices, and the collective energy of the organization. This study analyzes the context of Nexo Empresarial, a company located in Mexico City and dedicated to the integration of different business areas and services. Kurt Lewin's change model?unfreezing, shifting, and refreezing?is used as a methodological framework, enriched with elements of quantum leadership and systemic coherence. Through a simulated diagnosis based on an organizational climate questionnaire, critical factors such as emotional exhaustion, negative perceptions of leadership, and a culture of low innovation are identified. Finally, specific interventions and consolidation mechanisms are proposed to ensure the sustainability of the change.
